Promotion:

  1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
  2. Employees of the Promoter and their associated agencies and companies and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
  3. The Promoter is International Electric Vehicles Pty Ltd (ABN 85 107 535 731) of 102 Arthur street Fortitude Valley QLD 4005.
  4. Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other special offers, discounts or promotion unless indicated otherwise.
  5. The promotion is available to QLD residents only.
  6. The promotion commences at 9:01am on 13/12/2010 and finishes at 5:00pm on 14/03/2011 (“Promotional Period”). All claims must be received by 5.00pm on 14/03/2011.  Claims received after this date will be deemed invalid and ineligible to enter the promotion. No extensions will be given under any circumstances.
  7. To enter the draw, complete the form on the nominated “Win a bike” landing page form on the NOPE website. (www.nope.com.au/win)
  8. Limited to one entry per person.
  9. Prizes: NOPE will provide the “winner” of the promotion a new electric bike of their choice from stock located at their retail outlet in Arthur Street Fortitude Valley. Total prize pool is valued not exceeding $1950.00
  10. The draw will take place at will take place at 72 Harcourt Street, New Farm, QLD 4006 on the 15/03/2011 at 9.30am. Winners will be notified by email within 2 working days of the draw.
  11. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding – no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if incomplete, forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.
  12. If necessary, the promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw at the same place as the original draw on the 15/04/2011 in order to distribute any unclaimed prize(s). All non winning entries will be included in the unclaimed prize draw. In the event of any winners in the unclaimed prize draw, the winner(s) will be notified by email.
  13. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  14. All entrants are providing consent to subscribe to the Promoter’s electronic updates. Entrants can unsubscribe from receiving correspondence from the Promoter via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of all electronic updates.
  15. Details from entries will be collected and used for the purposes of conducting this promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of processing and conducting the promotion) and for promotional purposes surrounding this promotion.    By entering this promotion entrants consent to the use of their information as described and agree that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organizations that may use it, in any media for future promotional purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant. Entrants may access, change and/or update their personal information and obtain a copy of the Promoter’s privacy policy by contacting the Promoter on 07 3852 3299 during office hours.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its employees, and agents shall not be liable for any claims, damages, injuries, costs, and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with this competition and/or its prizes or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the Promoter, its employees and agents.

NOPE electric scooters are best suited for local suburban travel on 40, 50 and 60 km/h speed limited roads, bike lanes and congested inner city areas. Use on other road types is not recommended.
