A 12 month warranty* period is standard on all of our electric bike and electric scooter range. We provide a warranty policy which features extensive coverage for the entire warranty period. A warranty statement for each product model is available in store.

To help make it easier for you to use and maintain our products, our experienced trained mechanical team also offers service such as email and telephone troubleshooting, parts replacement, mechanical repair and full service for our customers.
